The rental terms for the mobile home include the following points:
Prices and Payments:
• Rental Price: The rental price of the mobile home is determined based on the period (seasonal pricing), number of guests, and length of stay.
• Payment Terms: The guest is required to pay the specified deposit upon creating and confirming the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival. If the payment is not completed, the reservation will be canceled and considered invalid.
• Additional Charges: The price includes mandatory local and tourist taxes, WiFi services, air conditioning, parking, and final cleaning after departure. The host is obliged to inform the guest properly and in a timely manner about any other additional fees.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
• Reservation: The guest is usually required to complete a reservation form and pay a deposit according to the instructions to confirm the stay.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the paid deposit.
Occupancy and Amenities:
• Maximum Occupancy: The mobile home has a maximum occupancy of 5 people, which must not be exceeded.
• Amenities: Information about the amenities of the mobile home can be found on the website.
House Rules:
• Pets: Pets are not allowed due to health concerns (e.g. allergies) and protection of the property.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours in this area during the season are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect these hours.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the mobile home. We care about our youngest guests, and smoking or smoke-filled interiors are harmful to their health.
Insurance:
• Insurance: We recommend that guests take out travel insurance for unforeseen events (e.g., damage/loss of equipment or trip cancellation).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and Responsibility: The guest is responsible for the proper use of all equipment and furnishings in the mobile home. In case of any damage or loss, the guest must notify the host, who has the right to claim compensation.
On the day of departure, the guest is required to:
• Dispose of all trash
• Empty the refrigerator
• Turn off the air conditioning
• Check taps and water
• Turn off the gas on the grill
• Close the windows
• Lock the mobile home securely
• Return the keys to the designated key safe
• Cleanliness: During the stay, the guest is responsible for keeping the mobile home clean. Final cleaning is provided after departure and is already included in the price.
Arrival and Departure:
• Check-in Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Earlier or later arrivals must be arranged in advance with the host.
• Check-out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late departures must also be agreed upon with the host in advance.
